ABOUT THEO KEFALAS

Theo Kefalas - Not your average Real Estate Consultant

Theo was born and raised in Greater Vancouver. After Theo graduated from high school in Coquitlam, he completed a variety of marketing and accounting courses at Douglas College and gained an interest in business. Shortly thereafter, Theo partnered in the opening of one of the first Canadian Quiznos Sub franchises in 1998 and remained actively involved in the business up until 2003. Owning a Quiznos introduced Theo to a proven business model, promotions and branded products, and most importantly, taught Theo a great deal about the importance of good customer service.
 
In 1999, Theo also founded and developed an Employment & Recruitment Agency. Within five years, Theo’s agency was ranked as one of the fastest growing private companies in B.C. by Business in Vancouver Magazine. This business enriched Theo personally and helped him grow substantially in terms of practical business and interpersonal skills, as well as networking opportunities. The growth and success of the company was attributed to a great team, consistent innovation, excellent customer service and a high regard for quality service and results. In 2004 Theo was the youngest to win the “Top 40 under 40” award from the prestigious Business in Vancouver Magazine.
 
In 2003, Theo also started a construction and real estate investment company and became a licensed builder. Up until 2008 Theo was involved in a variety of residential and commercial forming and framing, as well as renovations and commercial general contracting projects.
 
Today, working with real estate investors is his passion. Theo love's helping people, listening to their needs and then working hard to provide them with the highest level of quality service and results. Theo invests the time needed for research and due diligence so that he can provide his clients with expert and thorough advice. It is Theo's goal to earn his client’s trust and confidence and is committed to performing his best for each and all of them.
